Gemini Series Balers

Mark-Costello’s Gemini Series, Twin-Cylinder, Horizontal Balers, offer versatility in low-to-medium volume recycling applications. The Gemini’s specialty is baling a variety of materials (such as newspaper, cardboard, aluminum and steel cans) with no fluffing or preconditioning required. The Gemini-Xtreme is the heavy duty model designed for more strenuous operations.

Introducing Mark-Costello Equipment’s all new Gemini-Xtreme® Multi-Material Horizontal Baler. The Gemini-Xtreme is a twin cylinder horizontal baler designed to handle a wide variety of material. This economically priced product offers many new and improved features of its predecessor.

Aside from the obvious structural and cosmetic changes, one of the most significant features is not readily visible. Inside the bale chamber, the unit will have hardened tongue and groove bars and hardened steel floor and side liners. It also has an adjustable cold roll bar assembly hold-down system with integrated heavy duty drag plate for the ram. The bolt-on shear blade is reversible and adjustable and made of 4140 cold drawn steel. The forces and pressures have also been increased. The Gemini can be equipped with a conveyor system to facilitate loading.

Mark-Costello manufactures a complete line of horizontal and vertical balers as well as shredders and conveyor systems. Horizontal balers are available for many applications from low to high volume recycling operations.
